Return Policy

At Aurevi Watches, every timepiece is custom-made after purchase and carefully tested before shipping.

We only accept returns for defective mechanical issues (such as movement or internal mechanism faults) that are clearly proven to be caused during assembly.

To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aurevi.watches@gmail.com with your order number and clear proof of the issue (photos or videos). Our team will review your request and provide instructions if your return is approved.

We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping, handling, or normal wear after delivery.
We do not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind, cosmetic preferences, or wear-related damage.
